TradingPal is available for iPhone, with an Apple Watch companion. See the App Store for current device and software requirements.
Is TradingPal financial advice?
No. TradingPal is an educational and psychological support tool. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Always consult licensed professionals before making trading decisions.
How much does TradingPal cost?
TradingPal offers both monthly and annual subscription plans. You can view current pricing in the app. Any trial eligibility and subscription terms are shown before purchase.
What markets and brokers does TradingPal support?
TradingPal works with any market—stocks, options, futures, crypto, and forex. We're broker-agnostic, so you can trade with any broker and use TradingPal for journaling and coaching.
How does the AI coach work?
Our AI coach uses advanced language models to provide personalized psychology-focused guidance. It analyzes your trading patterns, emotions, and journal entries to offer tailored insights and strategies to improve your mental game.
Is my trading data secure?
You can manage your saved data and account in the app. Data handling depends on the features you use, including AI services and optional connected signals. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What is the new TradingPal Agent?
Agent is the next evolution of the coaching experience: familiar messaging and calls, files you choose to share, saved memory, and a Trade Desk for research notes and trade reviews. The new Agent experience is in preview. Availability depends on the app version and enabled features; opt-in research is subject to service limits.
How does Agent use my context?
Agent can draw on your conversations, journal entries, routines, saved memory, and the files you choose to share. You can review your saved memory and files in the app. AI can make mistakes, so check source material and any generated summary.
Does TradingPal connect to my broker or place trades?
You can use TradingPal with your own journal records across stocks, options, futures, forex, and crypto. Broker connections are not currently available. TradingPal does not place orders, transfer money, or provide trade signals.
